About me

I am a Youth Participation Manager who has been working with young people in neglected areas for 10 years:
- in Paris inner-city (African quarter), as a volunteer English and Basket-Ball trainer with 10-18 year-olds
- in Paris suburbs as a secondary school teacher of English and PhD student
- in Dublin inner-city flat complexes as a Multimedia Youth Project Manager
- in London as a Youth Participation Manager:
To improve youth participation in designing and commissioning public spaces and estate common areas to cater for young people's needs.
To improve youth participation in designing, commissioning and delivering mental health resilience-building and early intervention services.

Although I was originally a university teacher in Linguistics in Paris, I have always been passionate about working with young people in very dense urban areas, possibly as a reaction to growing up in a remote rural area of pig-farming Brittany.
